Interim CIO & Technology Transformation Project

Reporting to the CEO and the Board of our customer, my brief was to design, roll out and implement a comprehensive transformation program for the customer’s technology ecosystems. This included business applications, database and systems, networks and security, team realignment, succession planning and coaching, etc.
