Identified and vetted prospective vendors and qualified their suitability and interest to participate in the bank’s tendering process

Prepared and issued a full Request for Information Document

Evaluated responses and presented recommendations to the bank for short-listing vendors

Prepared and issued a full-blown Request for Proposal (RFP) document.

Evaluated vendor responses and negotiated with the preferred ones on all technical and commercial aspects of the prospective deal

Presented recommendations to the bank for final decision and go-ahead
