#GDPR Readiness Assessment – #Retail

Our customer is a large retailers across several different product lines and locations. With several challenges relating to GDPR compliance for loyalty customers, human resources and others, we planned and executed a structured and focused GDPR Readiness Assessment.

Key deliverables included key gaps and practical recommendations for the customer across all People – Process – Technology areas; a project plan of implementation actions; budgetary and resource requirement information; and specific improvements in documentation, contracts and related information.
