This site in other languages x. I would guess that the dpi or resolution of your new computer screen is higher than your Win7 screen. Publisher webs are built around the default setting of 96 dpi. When a display is set at higher DPI then it ‘breaks’ the layout of the pages.

Check the dpi of both screens and I would guess that your Win7 screen is set at 96 dpi while your new Win10 screen is set at If this is true then the solution is to change the Win10 machine to 96 dpi. However if you do that then the text is likely to be so small that even young eye balls will have a problem reading. I told you that you would not like the solution. This fixed width of a Publisher web page and this DPI issue is just one reason why MSFT gave up on the web building functionality of Publisher and started deprecating it as of Pub So yes, you should start moving to a different web building tool.

As per something different most web hosts offer some form of web building tool for simple sites. MSFT Expression Web is still available and free, but it is a full standards compliant program and not easy to learn. I think if I were to start over with a new program I would look at WordPress which is standards compliant and has some free templates.
